Commentary
on Content for Diet and training Section
There is so much discussion and theories on eating ,dieting and training
that when I see an article of particular interest which is validated I
will pass it on to you with commentary. However, there are some basics
that remain the same. We do need supplements added to our daily diet because
so much of our food is processed that we do not obtain the full nutritional
value of them. Secondly, the one food group that the majority of Americans
do not eat enough of is vegetables.Third, heart disease is still the number
one killer in America and there are supplements that do benefit our cardio
vascular health along with a daily exercise regimen. Fourth, eating properly
doesn't mean that your meals have to be boring. Last but not least it
is now acknowledged that just during aerobics is not sufficient for obtaining
optimum health, you must weight train.
