The 2009 season  is well under way and I am really busy so even if you are competing toward the end of the season and need my contest consulting services  and/or my 12 week contest prep service ,please book in advance . For figure and fitness competitors the concentration is on posing presentation, selection of the correct posing suits (fit and color) with an emphasis in training on gluts, hamstring and thighs.

Personal Training hours from 8am-8pm ,Monday – Friday ,10am-3pm,.Saturdays and on request for Sundays.
